Q: How will I be billed for the transportation services?

A: If you are private pay and have an open account, or reside in a skilled nursing facility, board and care or assisted living residence, we will be happy to invoice you later for services rendered. Otherwise, payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made through our office.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash or Check. Anytime you pay at the time of service, the driver will give you a written receipt for your records.

Q: How much advance time do I need to provide before booking a transport?

A: We can usually accommodate a transport request within 1 to 2 hours of your phone call. Our ambulette services can take you where you want to go.

Q: Can a family member or attendant go along to my appointment?

A: Yes, we welcome family members or attendants to ride along provided our office is notified in advance of the pick-up time.

Q: Can I travel in my own wheelchair?

A: Yes. However, if you need a wheelchair we can provide one at no extra cost. Our wheelchair transportation services will get you where you need to go!
